As Mechanical Director for Sims Snowboards, I ensured all supplied print and vector files were production-ready and free of errors. Leveraging my pre-press expertise, I optimized vector paths for snowboard base graphics, minimizing unnecessary pieces while allowing offshore production to assemble and bond them into single, durable bases. I also applied the brand across boot boxes and inserts, merchandise including belts, t-shirts, and travel bags, as well as the website and product catalogue, maintaining a consistent, high-quality visual identity.
